Purchased a DVD box set and was sent 15 discs that were copies recorded from the TV. Had to preview and it was really bad quality. Communication with them was delayed but they offered a refund if I sent them back to the following address:

I opted not to ship them back (at my cost) and just destroy them. They state they are an Australian online DVD store, prices in $AUD, bill in $USD and ship from China.
