Ordered 5 pair on Cyber Monday. Freaked out when the bank called and said I may have a fraudulent charge on my account. The charge was from our of the country (China) - no real information. Tried to cancel - but it goes to a hotmail account from this website. Did some homework (should have done this first). I called the real Tom's. They do not have a factory outlet - these are not real Tom's shoe's. Called my bank to cancel the payment. Tried to contact company multiple times via email - no response. The payment was stopped - the shoes did arrive - more than one in a box all crunched up. But the soles come out, there is no arch support, they are fake Tom's. Buyer beware.
