I found this Tomsoutletfactorystore.com site while browsing through Pinterest. somone posted some cute Toms shoes so I clicked it. I placed my order of 5 pairs. I noticed on my bank account that they charged me a little more than what my account on their website was so thats when I started having suspisions. so I went to the website to try to find a 1-800# or something and they didn't. all they had was a Hotmail email address. I emailed them and have yet to recieve a reply. I'm assuming I will never get my order now especially since there are other complaints against this site. Lesson Learned :/
