I went to this site to print a resume. I willingly paid the $1.99 fee for the one I drew up. 10 days later I was billed 39.40.
I contacted them as was told I subscribed to thier monthly fee. I never did, there was no indication there was a monthly fee anywhere it is a SCAM!
The lady:"Ann" on the chat line said she could cancel the subscription but did not indicate I would be refunded. So I told "Ann" that if they did not refund me I would file fraud charges with the bank.
She agreed to the refund, after the threat then called it a "courtesy".
Summary: If I would have not ask "Ann" to refund the money, they would have kept the monthly fee and stopped the "service" early.
So I would have been charged for services no rendered. This is illegal in America, this whole site is a SCAM!!
Buyer beware Livecareer.com is a scam!
