I live in the UK. I thought I had paid £2.99 for a pot of face cream and paid on line with my card. Checking my bank statement this month I found rvtl 'anti wrinkle age care' had taken a payment if £89 on 20th March and another of £95.95 on 5th April. I am a pensioner and had no idea I had signed up to anything other than a one off payment of £2.99p. I am incredibly upset. My bank say they can't do anything and rvtl aren't responding to email. It would be too expensive to call usa from uk. Help please.
