On the 26 of February I ordered The Outer Limits DVD Collection from this website with express shipping (10 day shipping). I received the DVDs on the 5th of April (over a month later); after making two unreplied to complaints from their on-site contact form. The DVDs I received are cheap double-sided copies being low-quality TV-based rip offs. Some episodes don't play, some have bits of TV advertisements still displayed. Some have audio slightly out of sync with the video, some episodes are incomplete and end about 5 minutes prematurely, whilst some have a DVD navigation menus still showing whilst that episode was copied. The incompetence just blows my mind, they cant even create a pirated copy of a DVD properly they are that useless - or maybe they just don't care. Don't buy from these people, they are scam artists that provide inferior illegal copies and pretend to be something they are not. I just wish I had been more on-to-it because I am usually a lot more smarter then that. I just hope karma kicks in and puts them in their place because these people are just scum. Incompetent scum at that too, but that may be the advantage we needed to bring these muppets down.
