I was phoned and told that my computer was spreading a virus through windows and that I had to resolve it. The cost was £149.00, I was very wary about this but even though my bank told me to beware of fraud I went ahead and authorised it. By the end of Friday 04/04/'14 the problem was still there.
I left a message with one of their technicians on Friday evening who promised that somebody would get back to me on the Saturday morning, which they did. However, I was then told that it would cost me £149.00 to get my windows fixed, I replied that I was told this had already been done. The person then told me that A security system had been installed for £149.00 not for windows so they wanted a further £149.00. I refused to pay so they blocked my computer!
It has now cost me a lot of money for a laptop which I haven't yet had for a month.
DO NOT LISTEN TO THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! THEY LIE>
