Complaint 315223 Details

I applied for a loan with Equinox Monetary Services and they said I was approved. They sent me a contract and I signed the contract in full. The Loan Representative named Mary Hopkins was the person I was dealing with. She assured me that after I make my 3 month prepayment of 765$ I would get my 25,000$ loan. I paid that 765$ through Western Union. She instructed me to send money to Thomas Hayes of Toronto, Ontario Canada. After that transaction she said in order for the loan to progress, she needed me to purchase insurance for the loan worth 500$ and I wired it the same way. After that the loan wasn't disbursed to my account. She promised it would be in my account by Saturday. I waited and called and called but the telephone line became disconnected already. The telephone number was 1-888-415-8835. I called Western Union to alert them of the problem and they issued a Fraud File No. which Western Union said to report to local police. The Fraud File No. is 912497. I am hoping my money will be refunded once these crooks are caught.
