Filled an order for a 10 in. Ceramic skillet with lid, all I had to pay was for the shipping and handling. I was to try it out. $89.90 then was taken out of my acct without my approval. Called the number 800-209-8397 and was told a pan or pot was shipped out the 04-03-14. I would not be refunded. I understood I was to try it out and make a report on the skillet and for paying the shipping and handling I would get the skillet free. Before the company took the money out of my acct., I should have been notified.
