I filed a request for a siblings death certificate in early January 2014. My sister died in October 2013. I did not see this earlier complaint until just now or I would not have wasted my time.

The same Anthony C charged my credit card for the full amount, back in January!, and repeatedly asked for more copies of the same package. In March he assured me that while he had been out sick, he was processing the report then. Today, 3 April 2014 I receive an email, from him, that simply says they have requested the documents; please feel free to call him with questions. I did, Marcus transferred me to Anthony's desk with a voice mail saying he was out of the office for the next several days.
This "company" is impossible to work with: they lie, they steal, and have no remorse what so ever. I doubt that I will ever see my money, or the document I requested, but if there is anything you can do to penalize them, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
