I ordered free trial and paid for it with my credit card but never received it until like a month later. But in the meantime I was billed for another shipment. So I complained and was issued by them 2 refund numbers. I returned both shipments on 2 separate occasions only to be refunded once. The second shipment was never refunded eventhough I was originally promised to. Today I was told by the company senior rep Nikky to screw off.
