I bought a pair of shoes from Camper in 1101 Robson St Vancouver in Jan 20, 2014 and returned it March 12 2014. As returning police is in 30 days at the back of the receipt. A staff refused to return and took her Iphone to shot my pictures. I was really mad to call police man to come here to solve the problem as the woman was working there her name cresiz torture my mental and drove me creazy.Police man came to the store of course is telling me the bullshit you expect. "This is not a crime; this is a civil matter; The staff was against the by Law and she cannot take anyone the pictures. Police told me that I can report it to the BBB.

Also I can even file a small claims against Camper shoes store. Police told me any staff should not take my pictures by her Iphone. That is total wrong.

Comper staff kept my shoes without refund my 201.60 CAD back. Only written a piece of paper. I feel powerless as I am disable leg and their staff were trying to push me to my limit.

When I made the phone call 1 866 269 3691 the customer care Jenn in USA told me that the staff was not their employee who took my pictures by her Iphone and I asked Jenn why she was working there to do the refune. Jenn cut off the phone. She told me she was in USA and how she can help me on the phone. She told me that Camper does not care about public relations and media exposure. I can do anything I like to do.
