I booked and received a confirmation on a 7 passenger SUV in Cape Town, SA four months in advance. When I arrived I was told that the rental company does have a 7 passenger in its South Africa fleet, contrary to what it stated on the Hotwire website. When I contacted Hotwire they were unwilling to assist in securing another vehicle and offered no compensation for the $500.00 difference in renting a vehicle from another rental agency. Consumers BEWARE!!
