I booked a hotel via hot-wire.com and even called an agent and asked question about the number of beds in room. I was told that I would not be told until I booked I also explained I was handicapped and needed to sleep alone. It did not matter what I explained I was booked in a one bed room because of the price they offered. If I had not explained my concern about sleeping arrangements then I could understand better. I called Best Western where they booked me and the only way I could get the two beds which I usually get without asking was to pay additional funds. That is a rip off, and there is no refunds so I will either have to not go, pay more money,I guess that is the price you pay in today's economy for trying to share cost. well I guess I will to sleep with some one I don't know that well. This really was my first bad experience I have had with hot-wire, but I say deal takers beware. I know they have policies but when you explain your concerns then I think when they are booking they could mention any concerns the consumer has. I really am disappointed.
