I was told & even put in "writing" on a MS Word pad on my PC that this service was $149/yr. I was later told by some supervisor-type guy that it was $600/yr!! The (Inappropriate Content Removed) laptop only cost a little less than HALF that much! What kind of double-talking liars are these people. I was told "We'll have to pull that tape" to see what I was initially told the price was. I was told this twice & promised a return call to let me know what was up. No call. Ever. Just kept pulling $99/month out of my checking account via debit card. I'm cancelling the card & the service & demanding a refund of my STOLEN money. On top of all this, the product I paid for has done nothing to benefit me at all. Avoid this company at all costs!
