Our e-mail was hacked last year and we phoned Google about it and they suggested PC Vedic. We contacted them and they said they will get rid of the virus and our commuter will be covered for life if we pay $299.99. They also included free computer cleaning for the first year. I contacted them and feeling that the recommendation by Google was trustworthy, we went ahead. Three weeks ago I called them to clean the computer which they said they did. Then a week later they called to pressure us into purchasing more services because they said they were getting warning signs from our computer and that it would crash if we didn't buy more protection. We called Apple who we gave access to our computer and they said nothing was wrong and said that the computer was not cleaned. Since then we have gotten three calls over a week from PC Vedic saying that they are getting warning signs from our computer and something needs to be done. The last call we received had them saying if they could gain access it would be free to get rid of a virus. We called Apple again who told us to ignore them.
