Seeking help for Gmail questions this company allows you to believe they are actually Gmail and Google support people. I failed to verify their identity and foolishly aloud them access thinking they are trying to resolve my questions and problems. They told me my computer had been hacked but they could fix it easily. Normally very cautious and untrusting I had my guard down and let these rodents provide a false service and gave them my credit card for billing. When I realized the scam I asked for a refund but incurred an additional Unauthorized $150 bill. They also record your voice. Stating the reason is for future verification purposes. Sleazy.
