I experienced the same problem specified by others reporting on your site. I thought I was on the us postal web site.i am 82years old and got taken in like the others.there ought to be action taken to prevent them from cheating consumers. I previously did it with the post office for 1.00. A mark up of 38.95 is excessive got fooled on believing this was the us post site.
