The National Aid Group was supposed to help us with the Principal Reduction Alternative (PRA) is part of the government's Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP), which was introduced to help homeowners by reducing their monthly mortgage payments by modifying their loans. The National Aid Group sent us the approval letter and documentation on September 9th, 2013. Throughout the entire process they never got in touch with our mortgage company who is handling our file. Our Mortgage company keeps calling us letting us know that they have been unsuccessful with reaching anyone at the National Aid Group. The National Aid Group deposited our payment of $2595.00 on November 11th, 2013. The approval letter that we received from Gerald Rios stated the new mortgage amount and that the first new mortgage payment would be December 1st, 2013. Our mortgage company and I have been very unsuccessful with reaching anyone at the National Aid Group. We are consistently calling every day leaving voice messages and emailing and no response. The National Aid Group screwed us over. The point of contact is Gerald Rios, 1-888-439-6849 ext.8035, 714-408-4079, [email protected] and the company website www.nationalaidgroup.com. Every email that we have sent to Gerald Rios he will open the email and never respond back starting from November 2013 to the present. The processor is Jennifer Wilson 949-216-3621, [email protected] and she never return calls or responds to any of our emails as well. Jennifer Wilson has on her voice mail if you are unable to reach her contact her manager Michelle 949-484-4241 we also leave messages and she never responds. Please if anyone come across the National Aid Group do not use them they will rip you off.

The National Aid Group is scamming people out of their money and they are not a legit company and falsely advertising that they specialize with helping people with loan modification programs.

My husband, our mortgage company and I have been trying to reach the National Aid Group since January, 17th, 2014, Jennifer Wilson the processor, her manager Michelle, Ashley Davis and Gia in customer service will not return our calls or emails.

We received the Approval Letter and Loan Modification Agreement (PRA) from Gerald Rios dated September 9th, 2013 stated that the new mortgage amount and that the first new mortgage payment would be December 1st, 2013. Gerald Rios falsely told us that we has been approved for a federal grant in the amount of $1400.00 and the Principle Reduction was $94,374.50. The National Aid Group deposited our deposit payment of $2595.00 on November 11th, 2013. The National Aid Group did not honor the agreement and has taken our payment.

This is very awful, and devastating to us that the National Aid Group has lied about adverting that you help people with the loan modification programs and has committed fraud. Someone from the National Aid Group needs to respond to us so that this can be resolved asap. We are requesting our payment back in the amount of $2595.00. The National Aid Group has been reported to the Police Department and Criminal Investigations Division.


UPDATE: 3/17/2014
I have been continued calling the National Aid Group and consistently being ignored. I called the National Aid Group today 3/17/2014, Gia 949 236 4894 from the customer service dept. answered the telephone. I asked Gia not to hang up and told her that my husband and I have been calling leaving messages since December 2013 and no response from any one from the National Aid Group, she said that she wasn't going to hang up she asked me to hold so that she can a look into our file. Gia came back to the telephone and told me that my file is frozen and that I can't receive a refund of our deposit $2595.00 because we filed a complaint against the National Aid Group on the internet and Gia hung up the telephone on me. It's crazy how the National Aid Group noticed and received the complaints that we filed against them totally ignored them, never answered and or responded. I can't stress enough if anyone ever I mean ever hear about this company go into another direction. The National Aid Group is committing FRAUD and need to be stopped. It's awful that an so called business is taking advantage of people.
