This is a scam! Do not do business with this company. I paid National Aid Group $2000.00 to get me a loan modification. They promised the work would be done within three months, but after 7 months the modification is still not completed. They guaranteed me, if they could NOT get the loan mod to go through, they would refund my $2000.00. Over a month ago my mortgage company contacted me (because they could not reach NAG) and told me I did not qualify for the loan mod. Despite multiple attempts to contact my rep, Gia Lugo, by voice mail and email to obtain the form to apply for a refund, she won't answer her phone, return my calls or reply to my emails, and refuses to send me the form to obtain the refund. I've called the company's 888 number, listed on the paperwork I originally signed, but that number now says it can't be reached from my calling area. I tried calling the rep that originally contacted me, Jerald Rios, and have left multiple messages...he has never returned my calls. Do not trust this company. They will just take your money and do nothing for you. They are the most unprofessional, shady, and deceitful company I have EVER dealt with! My bank almost closed my application, at one point, because they could not get NAG reps to respond to their requests for documentation, so my bank ended up calling me for the documents they needed. I provided documentation to NAG only to find out later, through my bank, that NAG had never forwarded the documentation to my bank.
