Complaint 312409 Details

We booked 2 flights e-tickets (546$) and a room reservation
for 2 nights in Buenos Aires (64$) 4 days before the travel date and until the last minute we got Nothing. No way to
download the bookings =99632 and =99643 as they received
the bank transfer and no way to get in touch either by phone (no answer in Copenhagen and Poland!) or by e-mails (several
times without reply).

I want to specify thomething : they are using everytime a different name when you get in touch with them by the only mail they have (info@air-cheapflights) as "cheapflights-air" or
air-cheapflights" or "cheap-flightsair"...

Please report everybody NOT to use these sites, not to Book with them.

If you can help us by telling what to do to be refunded, we will be very greatfull.
