On 22.06.2014 I suppose to fly from Cairo to Sofia with Aegean airlines. The ticket has been booked from the mentioned site. When I arrived at the airport to check-in my luggage, I understood that I can't fly as there is no ticket. The amount of the ticket has been paid by bank transfer on 16.06.2014. Few days before 16.06.2014 I tried to pay by card but it was not possible. After the unpleasant situation on 22.06.2014 I wrote an e-mail to cheapair-flights and they answered that there was a mistake and I will receive full refund in 5-7 business days. I noticed that the e-mails I am receiving are without signature and seems to be automatic answers. Till today 4.07.2014 I did not receive any money back!
