signed on to check MY OWN info and it was incorrect. Didnt even show the address that I have lived at for the past 9 years. Then, I see they have been charging me $22.86 since August 2013.
I am guilty for not looking at my statements closer, but c'mon.
I called to get a refund and the girl was simply a robot. She said I was to call in and cancel my 'subscription'. I said I only signed on for the 7 day trial, and never used, nor used the 7 months I was billed for.
Seriously, people work hard for their money and to have it robbed is a crime. There should be a law that prohibits companys to have this "ya gotta call us and cancel or we're just gonna keep chargin ya" crap. We must have a box to check that gives permission to keep charging our account. I want my money back. Everyone needs to write to the CEO Gabriel (I forget his last name but we can google it)
