When I ordered a "sample" of the Equinox serum the only charge I saw on their website was $3.00 and some cents. I received those bottles and did not expect anymore. Then I started receiving additional bottles of serum I did not order. When I called their customer service they said by ordering their samples I had agreed to open an account and to receive additional orders. I saw nothing on their website indicating I had opened an account and would receive additional continuing orders.
