My daughter ordered a Canada Goose coat on sale for £200.00. She received a coat, which was very badly made. The email confirmation seems to have come from China. She tried to return the coat as she realised it was a scam. The company is not replying to any correspondence. Needless to say, he is very disappointed.
She paid with a credit card, and they want her to get in touch with the official Canada Goose website, to confirm, that this Company is not part of Canada Goose.
The credit card Company will then look to reimburse the amount on the charge back scheme on the credit card. Be very careful. Do not use this web site
