I ordered a risk free trial for $1.93 plus $3.02 shipping. On 2/9/14. I never read that they would then charge me $97.88 on 2/25/14 when I called offices were closed every time. I emailes support and never received a response. I finally spoke to a rep.today that stated they would not take the product back because it was opened. So how are you supposef to try the product? She stumbled for a response and said im sorry mam there is nothing I can do for you. I then asked for an email stating the information regarding the charges of $97.88 she stated she could not provide that to me nor could she email a receipt for my charges. This product is not recommended especially for over a hundred dollars.
