They billed me four times to look up one person in one day. I disputed the charges with my bank and cancelled my debit card. Two weeks later they were able to charge my checking account again without having an active debit card. They sold all of my personal information and have had numerous phishing scams go directly to my gmail inbox. I had to close my checking account. The customer service guy, who would only give me his first name, Stephan! Said I downloaded premium services. I did not! I clicked on the x to close the pop up. This is how they got my personal info. I don't download anything to my smartphone, I know better. Hopefully they don't steal any more money from me or any other consumer. Check your credit and put a fraud alert on all accounts they steal your info and sell it.
