I had the same situation, i looked on my bank account and saw that they had taken £67.74 from me, couldnt find any phone number to contact so i emailed them and said i didnt want whatever they were offering and requested a refund fund, they (someone called Daniel Jones) then told me that i would need to write a letter to their head office requesting this.... three weeks later i still hadnt heard anything and had received no refund..... i then emailed the company again explaining i hadnt heard anything and how angry i was...he (same person as before) said he could process my refund that day but he would only be giving me back £40 as a good will gesture apparently as everyday you have an 'account with them it comes out of the original £67.74 and the remaining £27.74 is non-refundable....which they never previously informed me. I told them to process the refund and also asked about making a complaint as i was disgusted about the way i had been treated....never received a response back to this...........however they did tell me my refund would take between 1-7 days to appear in my account.........it has now been 9 day and still no refund...i emailed them again to tell them this and yet again the same guy said i needed to dispute this with my bank.... oh and this time he did give me details on how to make a complaint after i sent a very rude email about him.

So basically its been nearly 2 months since they took the money and im still waiting for a refund that isnt even going to be the full amount........absolutley disgusted and what really angers me is the fact that they told me to write to thir head office in order to obtain the refund and then the next time the dame guy says he can action it all for me straight away.
