Ordered a house report in line. They said it was 1.00. When the transaction was finished it said 1.20. I was surprised but was ok with that. I went to my bank account at 5:30pm the same day to check something else and saw a pending foe 18.44. Looked at it and it was for the house reports. They charged .95 and a second charge for 17.49. That is unacceptable.
