This guy was advertising a great apartment on University Avenue in the Touriel apartment complex for an unbelievably low price $550.00 a month with a $500.00 security deposit. He said he had to leave the country and go back to the Philippines and he brought the keys with him, but he'll mail them to me as soon as I wire him the money through Western Union. That's when I knew he was trying to scam me. So be aware of the alias Abel Lavender.
