Got an offer for free trial for shipping only was billed $1.02 & $1.93 for that Jan. 22 then I received another billing on Feb. 5 for $97.88. When I called I got an not so pleasant representative that told me that the customer did not come first when he talked over me and told me I could only have a refund if I sent back all three free samples unopened. How do you sample unopened bottles? He said I had 10 days to cancel must be reason in space in the billing! He said they sent these out third party and then it was directed to them. AuraVie wasn't responsible for the third party claims that when redirected it was different. This is all false advertising and I am posting this fraud on Facebook and having all I know do the same please if you read this do the same! I want to stop them from doing this to anyone else!
