This company is supposedly an online company, although it gives a Harley Street address as a footer in its emails. I signed up for a free trial of Lift & Glow and Lift Serum Pro - p&p £1.99 x 2 on 14/01/14. The money went out of my account on 16/01/2014. On the website it said that the products would arrive within 3-5 working days, so when I still hadn't received anything by 24/01/14, I started to suspect it was a scam. I rang the number on the email sent and eventually got through to a women, who was very unclear, but did say if the company heard from me before the 14/02/14 they'd give me 50% off the full product. I received an email on 04/02/14 thanking me for trying their product, but I still hadn't received the items, so I emailed back to say so. They then went ahead and took £42.36 x 2 out of my account on 06/02/14 without my consent and I finally received only one of the two trial products on 12/02/14. I have tried to ring the number I initially rang in January many times, but I am always put through to an answering message which is on a loop, which tells you, you are 15th in the queue each time. I have had to ring my bank to prevent any further payments going out, but they will not compensate me, because apparently under consumer law, if you sign up for a free trial, you have to cancel it within 14 days if you don't wish to have any further money deducted from your account. I am gutted by the loss of my money and sickened at the fact that this fraudulent company are ripping people off over and over again, and obviously making huge amounts of money out of it. The link for this product appeared in an article about Nigella Lawson's skin in the Daily Mail online newspaper, so the Daily Mail need to make sure they remove it from their site.
