Found this advert for a trial of Lumar repair and Lumar hydrate. Was told I only needed to pay for shipping which was £4.95 and 3.95. After paying using my Debit card I got an email to say what I had paid for was infact membership fee and now I will be receiving monthly products at the cost of £89 and £79 respectively. I emailed them to cancel but wad told that I cannot return the products without an RMA number. This was to be obtained by phone. I was given the number to call (0800 756 3394). I made over 8 calls and ever time they kept hanging up on me. When I called and posed as a new customer they spoke to me. I have returned the product but they are threatening to take money off my account to pay for shipping. I am really scared, I am dealing with wrong people
