My daughter and her husband newly weds booked a 4 night stay at the above hotel@ R1300 per night....
My son-in-law being 1st year medical intern was on standby was asked to come into hospital and had to leave 1 day earlier.................
it was told to them on booking out the one day will be refunded to them nothing binding just verbal .....
Six weeks later I followed up for them and was told only R650 half will be refunded out of good will as that is there company policy no
refunds............!!
I am utterly dismayed as this Hotel gave them a raw deal with staff being miserable food was horrible and overall service was poor and for honeymooners the room was much left to be desired!!
Please I would appreciate Scambook to URGENTLY look into this matter
