Sir,
On 12-9-2012 with $250 from my credit card account, I have joined in Vip Binary option site. Vip binary option agreed me that they will help me in trading. But they didn't helped me. I started my trade without their help. I lost nearly $200 and make profit $11. Then I applied for withdrawal of $61, and vip binary option support team send the balance amount($61) to my credit card account. After this loss I had no interest with this vip binary option.
After this incident, in the first week of January 2013, one of the broker called me to deposit $1000 and he agreed to give another $1000 to my account as bonus.He called me so many times day and night and forced me to send $1000 as deposit. And he also agreed me, that he will help me to trade weekly. At last I send $1000 on 19th
January 2013, to my account by wire transfer. Normally wire transfer money will reach my account with in two days. But in my case the denied that they didn't get my
money transfer. They told me to ask my bank about the wire transfer. Vip binary support team hide my money for 6 months. Finally on 19th July 2013 they approved my money transfer and on 24th july 2013 they gave me $1000 as bonus. I also asked to provide a Broker to help in my trade. In their agreement, they should Provide a Broker for me and the broker should help me Once in a week. For me they appointed a Broker, but he never helped me. I started trade by myself and wrote so many messages to my Broker and Vip Binary option support team. But they never helped me. They never answered my emails. I have got a big loss. I have lost $1000 and bonus I got. Now I have only $1 in my account. They deceive me and suck my money, and deviate from their agreement, as helping me in my trade. This is the reason I have lost my money. Vip Binary options team violated their agreement to appoint me a Broker to help me in my trade and make a profit from the trade. They simply showed the bonus in my account and sucked the whole amount.
So I humbly request you to ask a compensation of $ 967 to Vip Binary Option and
get the compensation amount to me.
