I purchased an item RALPH LAUREN Travel Duffel Bag worth RM99.Transaction Voucher Number: VOX006S6R3-ZUP on 02.01.2014.This package deal can will be delivered from 16 Jan.2014. Estimation delivery will take within 7-14 working days,yet until now it has not been delivered let alone providing the tracking number. I received an email from StreetDeal regarding about the deal need an extension delivery period yet 2 weeks has been given and there's still no sign of it Thus tracking number has been requested few times, they're still fail to provide one.I tried to send again and made a request to the StreetDeal to help with this claim or refund but no respond from them.
