ordered boots on the 4 January and immediately cancelled the order within a couple of hours. they emailed me and said they would refund minus 30% as per the terms and conditions. I have sent numerous emails giving them 30 days to refund and 6 weeks later I still have not been refunded. Making excuses now saying their manager is sick
