The company offers original ugg boots, %100 sheepskin at a discounted price. The product is an extremely cheap imitaion - not sheepskin. They offer free returns, refunds and %100 satisfaction guaranteed. I have been emailing them since the boots arrived. They began with an %8 refund and gradually, after numerous threats of reporting them to govt agencies and seeking legal action, they offered %28. I would like a full refund, not $28.
