Me too is a victim of flora2000. No delivery at all. they spoiled my valentines surprise for my wife, stay away from flora2000 and its mastermind - Richard Fullham. Chat support takes around 30 mins to respond. no email response. When I call the phone nobody answers. Answers in chat support are obviously scripted and no assurance at all, as they keep telling me we will email you once delivery has been completed. I ordered it Feb 13 and next day delivery as they promised, today is Feb 15 in the Philippines and valentines is over still no signs, chat support is unavailable till Feb 28 as the message says. I couldn't even find the link to file the refund except the email that no response yet.

Richard Fullham, I know you're reading this and I'm expecting your response to be the same on how you respond to your other complainants, that is "we will make sure it will not happen again"
Google around guys, this flora2000(Richard Fullham) has a lot of complaints.
My mistake to trust them before googling it and too late for me to realize that there was no contact numbers in their Philippine counterpart even if I google it.
Some positives reviews appear to be fake if you try to verify it.
