This is sham company with intent to cheat customers.

I would put my reviews with honesty and without any prejudice so others think twice before going ahead and making any purchase from these people, they are just running a scam and only intent is to cheat customers. Learning from my experience I would also urge not to use your regular credit or debit card where they ask you punch in all details as you may regret tomorrow, best to be safe with virtual cards.

Anyways coming to my experience, it was my mothers bday on 15 june 2012 and we placed four orders for four cakes vide order number 10005809,10005829,10005849 and 10005881. All through the day we reminded these people to deliver the orders , shirley, jerry, rachel and (most crook) bruce. They kept giving the crap that though they are committed to delivery on a particular date but can not gurantee time which can be anything from 9 am till 7 pm. We trusted them and waited patiently.

They kept misleading and giving us false assurances, at least they should have been sensitive to understand important occasions of customers and emotional value such occasions carry. All they gave us was lie and more lies and never delivered the order, at this part of the country where we in summers temprature as high as 45 degrees so local bakery do not stock items unless you pre order with them and that too a day before but trusting these shameless people was mistake as they kept cheating us till tenth hour, i was sitting and communicating with their supervisor bruce for three hours and he kept giving me lies that orders are out on delivery no one arrived till 9 pm at night and he then left the chat shamelessly.

Out of four at night at 9 pm someone arrived bringing two cakes out of four hanging them on his bike handle from some bakery which was about 20 miles away from place we live and while bringing these in hurry boxes kept hitting gas tank of bike and when he came to deliver cake was all samshed and pasted on wall and remaining was looking like a ball. We showed the same to delivery guy and remarked this on recipt.

I just want to say that those who value their family should never trust flora2000 because at end they would cheat you and your important occasion would be screwed up. They are not just stopping here but rather then being ashamed and apologetic about this they do not reply to your emails and would close chat windows if you want to raise your concerns. They would also not attend to your calls.

Mr Bruce crossed all limits of shamelessness and rather then being guilty and sorry closed our chat conversations twice and left.

Not just cheaters but also unethical people and really regret ever coming to them, just thought to share my experience and save others from mistake we comitted.

Feel like cursing them and surely they are crooks.
