This is not the first complaint about this company & I'm sure it won't be the last! They suck you in with their "free" samples...just pay the shipping charges & you can cancel within 30 days if you don't want to start receiving the full sized products at ridiculous prices. So I called today & the obviously accented customer representative who gave his name as "Eric Nicholas" (but he had to take the time to look that up when I asked his name..apparently he didn't know it by heart!)told me that you have to cancel within 14 days of your order & because he couldn't count, he said it had been 15 days, when actually I was calling on the 14th day. He said he could cancel any further shipments but he couldn't credit me for the one they already charged...he said I could return the shipment but they would take "fees" off of $20 for "this" and $30 for "that", etc, etc, etc. I got the cancellation confirmation numbers for the products & told him I would just report those charges as fraud & I hung up. When I called my credit card company they already had those charges on "fraud alert" & said they would deal with it!!! So to any of you out there, this is a known fraud company, so just call your cc company & report the charges to their fraud dept.
