On 1/28/2014 I went on line to order from Belk's. A Shopping Survey page popped up "you've been selected to take part in this anonymous survey, and to say "thank you", we'll offer you an exclusive reward worth over $50.00." I chose AuraVie -regular price $129.00 - your price $0.00! Shipping $2.95. I was debited from my checking account two times on 1/28/14 for shipping $1.93 and $3.02 (on this charge I called the listed phone number: 877-971-2877 and the answer was: "This is Avis Rent A Car".

On 2/12/14 a charge of $97.88 was posted to my checking account. In order to pay for the shipping charges on the "free product" I gave my debit card number. This number was used to debit my checking account. I did receive the product in sample size but have been charged $97.88 for it. I have tried to contact the company at the listed phone number 866-216-9336 and only got automated answers. Also tried to email them at "[email protected]" and have not received a reply from them. Also when I received the small pkg, there was no paper work inside the package which I thought was odd.

I have called my bank to stop payment, but they said they cannot stop payment on a debit card transaction. Can you help??
