I placed an order through DealTicker & immediately had some concerns as to the process with which the vendor processed my order. I contacted DealTicker the day my order was placed & was assured that the order had gone through properly.I waited a few days & tried to contact the vendor directly-I got no response. I tried again the next day & was told they would get me a tracking number. The tracking number never came. They would no longer respond to my emails. All along I kept DealTicker in the loop. I was told I had to wait until the offer was no longer running before they would be concerned...That most vendors do not send out their product until the offer is over. I asked when that would be & was told a month or so...It was now half way through October.Long story short they strung me along for 90 days-long enough to not be able to take action with my credit card company. I was told that they investigated my "Deal" & would be issuing me a refund because clearly the vendor was not going to honor my purchase. I was told for 2 months the "Refund" was in the "queue" to be released. Well yesterday they sent me an email telling me my refund has been denied because I failed to follow their refund policy. What??? They had been trying to force me to take a credit since the end of December. I followed every single thing their customer service dept told me to do. I've been scammed big time I feel ripped off & am now extremely ticked off. I want people to know not to do any dealings with this company.
