I returned WIN7 CD for an exchange as agreed to by the company as the original has some problems. When I contacted them as the item had NOT been received, they sent an email stating the order had been "REFUNDED". It was paid via Paypal, but no refund has ever shown on Paypal. Sorry to say that due to their delay tactics, neither Paypal or my credit card bank can help.
I contacted the BBB and the San Diego office tried twice to no avail to obtain a response from this "business". My next approach is the FTC and the USPS for mail fraud.
They have ignored emails, disconnect when I call as soon as I give them the order number. They have NOT returned the original CD either. Buyer beware!!!!!
