Bought a "Dell" version of Windows 7 Pro 32-bit. Three weeks after installing it, I started getting pop-up of various sorts telling me I have been scammed and that I do not have a genuine copy of Windows at all. No less than 3 messages to Missionsofts.com on their website -- I have a username and password as a customer -- have not gotten any response. I have left 2 voice messages to their Customer Service department. No one is ever available and they do NOT call you back. I am offering to return the defective product and pay more to upgrade to original, unopened, full Windows from Microsoft. When I was in shopping mode my emails were quickly answered. Now, they seem like a company that has vanished -- awful, horrible and total disregard for customers unless buying something.

PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED.

It was my error -- I needed to manually "activate" my Windows 7 copy. I finally got connected with a Cust Svc rep by phone. Missionsofts products are genuine. Their cust svc response times need improving, is all.
