Over the past 10 years I have tried and tried to terminate my equipment lease with MBF Leasing with negative results. Without my permission,they were able to access my bank account and set up an automatic payment. This account was closed in order to stop the charges. Somehow they were able to find the new bank account number and set up the same monthly charge. My bank did not notify them nor did I. What can I do?
