Impress Vacations contacted me on my cell phone on March 2013 informing me that I had been the winner of a vacation and all that was required was some confirmation that I in fact was the winner. I proceeded to confirm my credit card information. To my horror I was then told that a transaction was going to take place and that I had PURCHASED a package. By the time I had contacted Visa to cancel my credit card it was too late and the purchase had been made. I then contacted them repeatedly to try to get my money back but their behavior was extremely rude and upsetting. I was so upset that I did not attempt to claim any service from them until Jan 2014. When I phoned Impress and I was told that I was ineligible for services because I did not earn enough income. The fact is I was never eligible for any of their services but was never informed of any requirements for eligibility.
Be careful of this company. It disgraceful that they should still be running.
