I ordered a dash cam from Evolution and did not receive it until the middle of January. I discovered that the wrong cable was sent and could not connect the dash cam to the charging cable.
After attempting to contact the company using e-mail and telephone, I was finally able to talk to someone that understood the problem.
A new cable was ordered and it took until Feb 3rd to receive the replacement. However, it is the same incorrect cable that I received from them the first time.
They have a 7 day replacement guarantee that they claim I have exceeded even though I have been unable to use it because of the wrong cable.
It appears that even if I was allow to return it for credit, I have to send it to China and pay approx. $35 in postage.
No one should order anything from this company as it is a total rip off.
