I paid for the HD model Car Camera from their website http://www.carcameradirect.com/
The one they sent is definitely not a HD model even at top quality setting.

Note: Their website Contact page gives a USA address but the camera was shipped from Hong Kong, China.

First they said that I it's definitely a HD camera and I just need to go to higher quality setting. They provide me with instructions on changing every setting except quality...but it was set as the highest available (I'm an I.T. Tech), which is definitely not HD.

They insist that it is the correct model without even asking me anything about the model I received or trying to determine if I actually had been sent the wrong model.

Then they offered returning the camera for a "free replacement" which is not an option because the cheapest shipping from Canada to China costs me $75. Why would I go to that expense for a $69 camera? Will they send me back anything different or anything at all? Likely not.I asked them to ship me the correct model first, then I would consider returning this one (which is only fair because it was their mistake, not mine).

I told them all this and all they do is repeat the same message to return it to a China address and they close the support Ticket.

You will notice by their website, that this seller is misrepresenting himself as a based in USA but offers no return shipping to USA, just China: http://www.carcameradirect.com/contact-us.phpOn further research I just discovered that this seller has a habit this.

Lastly. PayPal refuse to do anything about this except spin me the same unreasonable "Return for Refund" line. Why would I risk another $75+ on return shipping to a dishonest seller?
