I made the purchase on line and received the merchandise via DHL within 2 days of shipping from China, according to the label. The positive ended there. The length of the item was about 4 inches short, although I paid an additional amount for an extra 2 inches of human hair. The hair on the wig was very thin. I emailed my request for a a label to return the item on 1-30-2014 an received an incredible answer with numerous grammatical errors and misused words from a Nate, expressing regret about the "mess", However "Nate" stated in the email that because China was celebrating a spring festival for 8 days, I had to wait for customer service to be available, again. The message further said that the time to return the merchandise would be extended."Nate" stated also that he/she was located in Canada and the after sales service would come from China. I received several free associated items in the package. However, I was overcharged for the merchandise. I sent Nate another email today, again, requesting a return label and a full refund. Monica
